Shipping

All of our Products are eligible for FREE Shipping from Locke, NY ( Central NY State in the beautiful Finger Lakes Area)

We are fast shippers, since cones are ready to go at a moments notice , orders are shipped out the next day ( no shipping Saturday or Sunday)
by priority Mail by the United States Post Office.
The regular delivery is 3-4 days. 
If you require your delivery Rush, please contact us : Sheila@HouseofCones.com by Email or Phone: 808-446-6093   and we will do our best to accommodate you with UPS :subject to  additional charges. 

Returns

We do accept returns: The cones need to be returned in the same shape you received then (same box also makes sense)in a timely manner about 10 days, No questions asked. Please let us know they are coming by emailing: Sheila@Houseofcones.com to ensure your refund. ( Customers are responsible for return shipping costs) 
Refund will be submitted when cones returned to Locke, NY.

If we messed up we will pay to return comes to Locke NY warehouse, If you ordered the wrong cones by mistake  or changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. We refund when we receive the cones safe and sound in Locke NY.
