Simple, Affordable, Fun, Result is Stunningly Rustic
Easy and simple for children of all ages, have fun with this craft.
One of  my daughters friends had a birthday party and the craft was gluing small objects on the picture frame.  They looked great and anyone is capable of this task.
For children you may was to use normal glue, not the glue gun.
For children you may was to use normal glue, not the glue gun.
I can't believe how great this frame looks, with very little effort and low cost materials,
( picture frame from dollar store $1.00 - 5 x 7") you can create one of these little treasures.
Materials:
Glue gun& glue stick, picture frame, coastal redwood pine cones.
You could us any mini pine cones for this or mix it up like hemlock cones or alder cones. We picked the coastal redwood because they are a tougher cones, harder and easy to glue, you can even cut them in half to fill in the corners. For a smaller frame I would probably use the alder cones.Â
